Simple Coconut Flakes
These naturally sweetened coconut flakes are as easy to make as they are tasty! Use them as a topper for yogurt, smoothie bowls, curries, homemade desserts and more!
The Recipe
1 1/2 cups thick coconut flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°. Spread out the coconut flakes on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top of the flakes evenly, and add a tsp of nubeleaf’s Organic Stevia Leaf Powder to sweeten! A little goes a long way! Place in the oven for about 5 minutes, mixing the flakes halfway through so they toast evenly. Keep an eye on them because they can burn quickly! Remove them from the oven when they are lightly toasted--a golden brown color. Enjoy after they’ve cooled! Store in an airtight container for up to a month.
