Ginger Turmeric Tonic
This cooling, anti-inflammatory tonic is perfect for those hot summer afternoons, and super simple to prepare!
The Recipe
1 piece peeled ginger, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp nubeleaf Organic Turmeric Powder
1/3 cup honey or 1 tsp stevia
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tsp black peppercorns
club soda
Directions:
Blend ginger, turmeric, honey, lime juice, black peppercorns, and 3 cups water in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl. Divide tonic among ice-filled glasses and top off with club soda.
