Green Monster Hummus
This tasty dip is easy to throw together and full of healthy green goodness!
The Recipe
1 can chickpeas
1/4 cup tahini
1 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4-1/2 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1-2 tbsp nubeleaf Organic Spinach Powder
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well-combined. Scrape down the sides of the food processor bowl and then process until you achieve a fine consistency. Serve with pita bread, veggies, or your favorite crackers!
