nubeleaf Organic Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe
Looking for a way to elevate those frozen veggies that are in the back of your freezer? This recipe is a perfect weeknight dinner idea that is full of nutrients and is so satisfying!
Ingredients:
Bag of favorite frozen veggies (my favorites to use are a cauliflower/broccoli mix, but I have used all varieties of frozen vegetables!
2 tablespoon preferred Organic cooking oil (our Organic Green Tea Seed Oil would be a great addition to this dish!)
1 tablespoon nubeleaf Organic Broccoli Powder
1 tablespoon nubeleaf Organic Tomato Powder
5 garlic cloves, minced
3 tsp Sesame Oil
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, vegetable broth, and nubeleaf powders. Mix well and set aside.
Add vegetable oil to a pan over medium-high heat. Add frozen vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 8 to 10 minutes.
Reduce to medium heat. Add garlic sauce mixture. Stir constantly and cook for another three minutes or so until the sauce thickens slightly and all the veggies are coated in the sauce.
Remove from heat. Optional: Add green onions, sesame seeds, and/or lime juice.
Serve immediately over rice, tofu, noodles, whatever suits your fancy!
